Arash Shahi is an entrepreneur and technology leader focused on building and scaling data-driven platforms. Arash serves as Director of Partnerships & Industry Engagement at RCI Lab, where he develops industry relationships, pilot opportunities, research collaborations, and pathways for municipalities, professionals, and technology partners to participate in the Lab’s work.
He is the Managing Partner of Node Ventures, a venture platform focused on building and scaling technology companies that modernize how industries operate through data, infrastructure, and applied AI. He is also the Board Member at One Ontario and AECORN Realty, and CEO of LandLogic, where he has spent his career developing digital platforms that transform how land, property, and infrastructure decisions are made.
Across his work, Arash focuses on translating complex data into practical tools that serve real decision-makers across both public and private sectors. His experience spans venture creation, applied AI, and infrastructure innovation, with a consistent emphasis on building systems that are scalable, interoperable, and grounded in real-world use.
Arash is known for a collaborative, user-led approach to innovation, building technology in close partnership with those who rely on it in practice.
