Roger is a Health and Safety professional with diplomas in Safety Engineering Technology, Risk Management and Management Studies and has worked as a safety leader for large operations in various sectors in Canada, India, Australia, Mexico, South America and Iceland.

Roger’s expertise in occupational health & safety (OHS) spans across operations and mining activities. He has worked with companies like Vedanta Resources, Alcan (Rio Tinto), Atomic Energy and SNC-Lavalin in leading large safety improvement programs over 30 years.
